His talent in understanding the intent, the message, and the audience combine with his natural ability across media to deliver great projects and results. Beyond his enormous creative and technical skill, Remesh’s personal style is one of strength and flexibility which is felt and appreciated by everyone. Factual series or scripted drama, Remesh always takes the writing to a whole new level with his unique insights. In this current times, where resources are often stretched, a good script and blueprint is paramount and working with Remesh is always budget spent well from any producers’ view.

As the ‘face’ of Death in our Life Before Death initiative in 2009, Remesh started death conversations on Facebook, entertaining and yet provoking deeper thought and reflections with ‘friends’ of Death. He was our valuable creative force, providing refreshing ideas and challenging the status quo with his wicked sense of humour -  exactly what was needed for a complex and intimidating topic. As Executive Producer & Director of the Life Before Death documentary, Remesh wove a compelling narrative that touched many hearts. He is a brilliant writer who is able to grasp difficult issues, and he delivers engaging copy with wit, ingenuity and sensitivity.

Having Remesh on my team in the developmental stage of my Content Development and Messaging Delivery has helped me keep my quality at a high professional level. He grasps concepts very quickly and knows how to get the target audience’s attention with his writing, contribution to concept, and of course his in-person delivery. His myriad talents in other areas have also contributed richly to the effectiveness of my projects. Working with Remesh has been an absolute joy and I always look forward to the next opportunity to do it again.

I worked with Remesh on some rather challenging projects related to HIV/AIDS programmes in the school setting. He worked well with constraints on both creative freedom and budget to come up with effective media presentations that evoked resonance with the target audience. He is able to communicate well with senior management (project pitching, answering of queries, etc) and also with different levels of students (secondary, JC, etc). 

While being very accommodative to the frequent (and sometimes last minute) changes and feedback from diverse stakeholders, Remesh is also not afraid to push back if there's a risk of producing something that is ineffective or strays from the main objective of the project; this is a trait which I've always appreciated. 

He's always jovial and affable and tries to make light of difficult situations to reduce stress on the whole team. 

I have worked with Remesh on several projects, and each time I have not been disappointed. He brings a high level of professionalism, taking pains to understand objectives and subject matter, providing valuable creative inputs and pushing the team to deliver a quality product. If he feels a particular idea may not work well, he will not hesitate to say so, even if the client thinks otherwise. That is something I value - why else would I hire an expert?

Remesh knows what good-story telling is, and I can always rely on him to help polish up a script to captivate the audience.  He is communicative and responsive, and often willing to work with me even when timeline is tight.  Not only is he an adept script writer, he is a pleasure to work with.  

I reached out to Remesh when I needed help with designing the website for the Sai Nserester School Uganda.  I was pleasantly surprised when Remesh said he would do it gratis.  Remesh is thoroughly professional.  He is focused, clear and can cut away the clutter and present the essence of the subject matter in a simple readable language which appeals to the common man. Though he is not obligated since the school’s website has already been launched, he continues to assist with updating the site.  At a personal level he is driven by values which are admirable. 

Fundraising is never an easy task, but Remesh’s creative and clever approach to our plans last year to create a crowdfunding campaign to keep Shakespeare in the Park alive, helped us reach out goals. The traditional approach to communicating the ask simply wasn’t effective, and Remesh conceptualized a campaign that set new standards… and being used as a case story for fundraisers here.

Mr Remesh Panicker, aka the Big Brown Voice, has been a close ally and partner from our very early days as a Cancer startup. Having had no prior experience in the area of content creation, marketing and branding, I learned a great deal from Remesh about how to manage these critical areas in the context of a young startup with limited resources. Despite Remesh typically working with corporates and leaders, I consider it my personal success that he so willingly took up the responsibility of working with us in a formative stage. Remesh remains my go-to man for most things related to events, branding and marketing, and I wish him the best as he brings his services to the larger audience.
