1. The first step is a FREE assessment. You send me samples of your work for review, before a scheduled 30-minute online assessment via ZOOM​

2. We only proceed with coaching if your assessment indicates it is needed

3. You can choose to sign-up for a single 60-minute coaching session, or a package of 4 x 60-minute sessions (to be completed within 12 calendar months)
Or you could get an instant boost of confidence just before a major presentation, performance or event with a 45-minute one-off session.
